The Day-to-Day

• Set the Stage: Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to keep guest wait times low.

• Dining Room Support: Pre-bus tables during service by removing empty glassware, plates, and trash.

• Keep it Sparkling: Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, bar, and patio areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

• Team Assist: Help restock ice, glassware, and service stations so the front-of-house team runs smoothly.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and comfortably lift/carry heavy tubs or trays of dishes.

• Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to our Tomahawk location.
